1.1 Relief Designs

For our first project of the class, we had to choose from a list of 2-dimensional, geometric line drawings, and re-create them using paper. The difficult part of the assignment was the requirement to figure out how to make the projects interesting, while still only seeing lines from a top-view. 

As you can see, I had difficulty with this project - a lot of difficulty. The first design took about three hours, but the second took three tries and around twelve hours, though it looks like it only took   half  an hour. Maybe I will redo this before the end of the semester...but probably not.
